New regulation to be introduced against ‘geoblocking’
The European Union gave green light to the Geo-Blocking Regulation: as of 3 December 2018 unjustified online sales discrimination based on customers’ nationality, place of residence or place of establishment within the internal market won’t be possible, with the new rules regulating sales, prices, payment conditions, etc. //
