New operation code library and further improvements in eGN
Nébih’s specialists support the smoother handling of the administrative tasks of farmers with new developments. The modifications not only make the program easier to use, but also provide greater flexibility. A new operational code library will also be introduced, which will further facilitate the daily work of farmers.

What is new is that in the arable cultivation branch, the ability to modify the utilization code assigned to the place of production is changing. Previously, it was a problem that in the case of finalized utilization, it was not possible to edit the utilization, i.e. the plant culture. To unlock this, the utilization code can already be modified.
The “mowing (alternating)” operation has also been modified: the alternating indicator has been removed from the name, so only mowing can be recorded
The execution of the alternating mowing operation is considered to be fulfilled from the commitment of AÖP B4 “Only use alternating mowers or rear-suspended mowers or trailed mowers without stem breakers on other lawns” attached to the production site, as well as the recording of the mowing operation, so there is more data in the eGN it is not necessary to enter it. However, Nébih draws farmers’ attention to the fact that regardless of this amendment, the Hungarian State Treasury may still request the submission of other documentation related to the fulfillment of the undertaking (e.g. uploading of photographs). The operation of mowing is also affected in connection with another amendment: from now on, it is no longer necessary to enter the yield at this point. The provision of data is mandatory in the case of the “baling (hay)” operation, because this element is to be used in the event that the baling after mowing takes place in a lawn area. However, in the case of wheat (straw), for example, you simply have to choose the “baling” operation element.
The operational code base of the electronic Business Diary has also been changed following consultation with the Hungarian State Treasury, the Chamber of Agriculture and the Institute of Agricultural Economics
The main aspect of the transformation was simplification and clarification, as a result of which 157 operation types were deleted and 34 new elements were added. The names of agrotechnical operations used by MÁK were also synchronized With the activation of the new code library, the synonyms of the “harvest” operation were also eliminated. The “harvest for ensiling” operation is used for crops specifically intended for ensiling (sorghum, silage corn), and it is also possible to specify the yield here. “Harvest for silage (for crops not originally intended for silage)” can be used for all crops that are harvested for silage due to unfavorable conditions. The yield does not need to be specified for this operation.
