From the beginning of summer energy service providers will only issue invoices electronically. This will also affect the administration of SMEs, as they will have to accept invoices digitally and store the original copies. The domestically developed, trademarked Hungarian Service document management system can help in monitoring legal regulations and complying with them. Today companies must receive, manage (e.g. electronically sign) and store electronically issued documents digitally for longer periods of time.
“A reliable, domestically developed service is now available on the Hungarian market that manages official documents in accordance with the law and guarantees compliance at all times, even during official inspections”,
says Ágoston Hortobágyi, the CEO of DATAIT Kft., the developer and operator of DOQdrive.
He adds that the use of the Hungarian Service trademark is important for them because it conveys a positive message and reliability in itself, plus the trademark also provides a guarantee of security for companies choosing the Hungarian document management system. One of the biggest advantages of digital document management solutions over traditional paper-based administration is that they are much more secure, and they also play a role in cutting costs and increasing efficiency in document management and administration.
