So far, 183 companies have received support in the 1+1 SME investment stimulus program
In the first round, 183 enterprises won a total of 19.2 billion forints in the Demján Sándor 1+1 SME investment stimulus support program – announced the State Secretary for the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Technology of the Ministry of National Economy (NGM) on Tuesday in Budapest, before the handover of the first supporting documents.
Richárd Szabados said: 1885 companies applied for the tender, and the evaluation of the submitted applications is ongoing. First, enterprises from the four less developed regions will receive notification of the support.
Summarizing the results of the Demján Sándor Program, the State Secretary highlighted: not only the corporate credit market, but also the demand for funds increased in 2025, as a result of the support programs, there is a good chance of economic growth in the second half of the year.
The aim of the 1+1 program is to support the capital investments of domestic micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with non-refundable support, in order to improve the productivity of enterprises and increase the added value they produce.
