The United States and China are the EU’s biggest trading partners
The European Union concludes one third of its foreign trade with the United States and China, while Germany is the largest trading partner for most of the EU member countries – according to the information of Eurostat published on Wednesday.
In 2018, the European Union traded goods in a value of 674 billion euros with the United States, representing 17.1 percent of the Community’s foreign trade.
With China, the EU traded goods in a value of 605 billion euros last year, making it the second largest foreign trade partner of the community with a 15.4 percent share. (MTI)
